These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as you access the s4spin website, create a new account, or use any of our services. Continued use of the s4spin platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the s4spin platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if one has already been registered.

• These Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement under the laws of Malaysia

To register and use s4spin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. s4spin does not permit participation by any underage individual and takes active measures to prevent this.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be prohibited from doing so by any court order.
• Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted to hold only one s4spin account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being frozen.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

During the registration process at s4spin, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, an active email address, and any other details requested. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of your credit balance.

You are solely responsible for the security of your s4spin account, including:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Notify s4spin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Ensuring your password is strong (minimum 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols)

S4spin shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

• Final Decision: The results of all games displayed on the s4spin platform are final and conclusive, except where a proven technical error has occurred.
• Technical Failure: Should a game be interrupted due to a technical issue during an active session, s4spin will refund the original stake affected to your account.
• Football Betting: All bets for Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other league matches are subject to the sports betting rules stated on the Football. Bets placed after a match has commenced (in-play) are subject to additional terms.
• Jackpot: Progressive jackpot winnings are processed within 24–48 hours for jackpots exceeding RM 50,000. See the Jackpot for more details.

S4spin operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, abuse, and unethical conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts (detected via IP address, device, payment information, or identity)
• Using scripts, automated bots, or any third-party software to automate gameplay
• Colluding with other players in poker or table games
• Transferring account balances between players to circumvent bonus wagering requirements
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information during the KYC verification process
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain
• Money laundering or the use of funds obtained through illegal means

• Temporary Break: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choice — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is affecting your life, you may apply for a full self-exclusion from the s4spin platform for a minimum period of 6 months up to a lifetime ban.

S4spin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Identity verification failed or information provided is found to be false
• There is evidence of a breach of any terms contained in this document
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons and without any breach of terms, any remaining credit balance (after deducting bonuses whose wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the s4spin support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.

S4spin provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors.

• S4spin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from Internet service disruptions or infrastructure failures beyond our control
• We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence
• S4spin's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the value of the actual deposits held in your account at the time of the relevant incident
